  I want to call out Jason at Staples because he always makes my day a little easier. Every time I walk in, he is there with a smile and a friendly hello. He remembers faces. He pays attention. You never feel like a task or a number when he helps you. Jason takes the time to understand what you are trying to do. He does not rush the conversation. He explains options in a clear way and helps you choose what actually makes sense. He also looks out for savings and points out better deals without being asked. You leave feeling confident about what you bought. I also want to mention the rest of the staff. I do not remember everyone’s name, but the experience is always the same. People step in quickly. They work well together. They keep things moving while still being kind and patient. Getting in and out is easy, even when the store is busy. I go in probably once or twice a week to get things for my store and it is always such an easy experience. Thank you!
