At the Copy & Print center, it is always one person working solo, juggling three clients at a time, sometimes with a line waiting. They are doing their absolute best anyone could do. I'm giving staples a one star review because it is ridiculous to have one person working this department. They need to have a second person working at Copy & Print at all times, for prompt service. No human could possibly work faster or multi task harder than these employees already are. I genuinely feel bad for them.

I had purchased a Vivitar camera the day before and when i got home I realized the box was missing a couple of pieces. I brought it back right when the store opened in hopes to get some help to get the needed items set up. First off Jason was in such a hurry that he interupted me when I was trying to give a summary of what I needed. When I was able to get that out, he informed me that service was not free and was for sale at Staples for $40. If i wanted to get the camera set up with sd card etc I would need to pay him $40. I passed on this,returned the camera, went to Walmart, for the exact same amount bought the Vivitar model that had the missing items and a sd card and it worked fine without a $40 consultation charge.I will not be going back to Staples.
