He was respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure I received exactly what I needed. He demonstrated brilliance, leadership, and genuine care. Everyone working with him seemed grateful and happy, and every customer I saw him assist received the same above‑and‑beyond treatment. The world would be a better place if more people showed even a fraction of his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you!
- ASAdam SadallahDec 24, 20251.012/24/2025: So I called today for a customised item (a gentleman answered), I’ve been really polite, stating it was Christmas gifts, and it has been confirmed my order will be done by the end of the day. I wished a merry Christmas Eve. Then called another time to confirm the pick up time, I had another woman on the call. She told me she would contact me back when the order is done. Then I called back because they did not come back to me (40min before closing) and the woman told me it’s not possible to make it today, she was waiting for me to come back. The thing is, I was waiting for them. I then called her on that, and she hanged up. Tried to call twice again. This is unacceptable. People need to be accountable for their actions. Now I can’t give my Christmas gifts to my family. So unprofessional, this woman needs to be fired.
