  I’m visiting from out of town With my elderly aunt who landed in the hospital For two weeks Since I had to deal with more luggage and an oxygen tank, I brought a bunch of things to Trinity at the store to lighten my luggage. She was very helpful and kind and said she would pack it. That was one thing I didn’t have to worry about thank you Trinity!

  Kelly is legitimately the BEST!! I watched her clear a line of people w packages in their hands in a blink and she does everything with a smile! Thanks for your hard work and love Kelly!

  ’ve been working with Trinity and her team at UPS in Scottsdale for about four years now, and honestly, she’s become such a staple in how I run my business. Shipping can be stressful—things get delayed, packages go missing, timing matters—but Trinity always finds a way to make it feel manageable. She’s incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and just gets it. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed help figuring something out, she’s been right there with a solution or at least pointing me in the right direction. That kind of consistency is rare. But beyond all of that, she’s just a great person. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. You can tell she actually cares, and that makes all the difference. Grateful to have someone like her in my corner—couldn’t recommend her and the team enough.

  Trinity at the UPS store on N Scottsdale Rd was very polite and efficient in helping me ship souvenirs back home that wouldn’t fit in luggage. I am thankful for her help. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone in the area that needs shipping assistance.
