  I’ve been trying to get in contact with the housing to get my acccount unrestricted to pay my rent instead they denied my request I put in to unlock it leaving my with late fees because I can’t pay. I have also sent off my payments in money orders to get my account paid off and was informed that I’ll have to wait up to a week for my rent to get paid and account to get unrestricted. Then calling and sending emails about paying but have my account restricted and have the money sent off to get my account paid off

  This was the WORST company I had ever rented from. From the start there were issues with the home that should have been remedied prior to us moving in. Eventually they fixed it but then we found mold within the home due to a roof leak. After months of dealing with vendors and PR the issues were taken care of, poorly, and then they tried to charge us for different issues left over from THEIR vendors! I had to get them to understand that we should not be responsible for work done by the crews they wanted and I was met with rude and dismissive responses. Just know if you rent here, they DO NOT care and only want your money however they can get it.

  Renting from progress residential has been a nightmare. When we moved in the house was in bad shape, dirty and clearly tried to hide the problems. We get fined any time the hoa sends out a letter, even if no fines assessed. When we do fix the issue, they send people to endlessly harass us, looking for the smallest piece of grass so they can claim we didn’t fix it. As you can tell they have tons of bad reviews and it’s for a reason.

  Ms. Natalia Diaz, resident experience lead, has been the best customer rep ever. She listened to my concerns and tried her best to personally assist me with them. She even followed up with me and informed me of anything that was happening. She heard me and that's always a huge factor. I thank her for her time and support and I wish everyone could take a moment and just listen the way she did.

  Honestly I like PR I don't have any complaints necessarily but I wish they had better transfer options. I would think they would want to retain their renters but it cost so much more to transfer and it sucks. Other than that when I call for maintenance they come within a decent time frame
