  I’ve had a mailbox at this PostNet location for more than 15 years, through multiple ownership changes, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Yes, my renewal was due in January and I take responsibility for missing that. However, I received zero communication—no email, no phone call, no notice—that my mailbox was up for renewal or at risk of being closed. When I went in this week to pick up my mail, I wasn't even told my box was past due, just vacant. I was ready to resolve on the spot and pay in full for the year. Instead of being met with any level of professionalism or customer service, I was treated rudely and dismissively. She said, "Well, it is March!" when I had already acknowledged my tardiness. What’s worse, I was then told that my mail had already been sent back. No prior warning, no attempt to contact me, and no effort to retain a long-term customer of 15+ years. For a business that depends on local customers, trust, communication, and consistency, this was a major failure. Long-standing customers should not be treated this way. Very disappointing experience.

  I'm disappointed now how this new owner sabotaged my mail multiple times & can lie without blinking an eyse as dishonestly justifies why

  Stopped in to get something printed. Find out they will not only do that, but also ship my two boxes via two different carriers. Owner was AMAZING, FRIENDLY and so helpful! Literally, will not go anywhere else again. Kindness goes a long way and this location has a cup that runs over! Thank you, thank you, Thank you!
