  I visited this location for an urgent order of name tags, stickers, and flyers. Unfortunately, the self-service printers had significant alignment issues with the stickers, and several machines produced ink bleeds that ruined the final product. The team did not process my flyer orders in a timely fashion. I had to visit the store in person to move along the project. Ended up printing everything at the nearby Staples instead. They gave me a refund for the sticker print job but not the $13 worth of Avery stickers.

  If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Had to send an extremely urgent and important document to meet a courier to go out of the country in CA, spoke to the associate in ALL details and asked about all options. She convinced me that 8am delivery for $100+ was the best option just so the driver showed up to the office at 720am and since the business was closed took the package with him back on the truck. Now I will have to wait days to get it back, it didn't make it out of the country, FEDEX won't refund me $100+ since the "attempt was made" while I should have used 1030am service like I ASKED HER ABOUT since they don't leave it at the door when office is locked. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Never had this issues with DHL or UPS.

  I had been struggling with gets the chat bots to direct me to the right person. Emma answered and not only had fantastic customer service but she also directed me to an agent who was then able to solve my problem. We need more people like Emma!
