I arrived a few min early for my scheduled appointment, yet the lady working there had already locked the door and was preparing to leave, saying I should have been there even earlier. When she realized she still had to help me, she was upset and complained repeatedly about having too many applications to process like that’s my fault. She spoke in a consistently rude and dismissive tone and then yelled at me for not having photo saying I have not booked a photo service (despite the fact that I had) without even checking her system. The hostility continued to the point that I felt genuinely uncomfortable spending there even a second longer and chose to leave rather than proceed. I don’t believe “the customer is always right,” but in this situation I did nothing to warrant such treatment. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had and is unacceptable for an essential public service.
