- RCRobin Cookie3 days ago5.0This is a very busy post office! They have a lot of clerks on duty. When your at the counter they give you their undivided attention. They get you in and out asap. They have two self service stations that are available 24/7 which is nice. Plus you can mail decent size boxes from the self serve mail shoot! The post office boxes are nice they will leave bigger boxes in the locker. It’s way cheaper than the UPS store plus mailing address with POBOX.

It sat at the Phoenix hub for multiple days, and didn't arrive to the destination hub until Christmas Day, guaranteeing that my package would not arrive by Christmas. They put a disclaimer on their website claiming inclement weather to try to cover for their negligence, when in reality, the weather has absolutely nothing to do with it. They're lazy, lack accountability, and they're stealing from people based on false advertising. I could care less about a non-guarantee, they had 4 full business days to get it delivered, and they intentionally deprioritized it. There's no other explanation.
