In the lobby, there is a Dutch door saying ring bell, no sign saying you have to go thru the service line to pick up certified mail requiring signature. After spending time ringing bell and knocking on door, inquired in the service line room whether anyone is covering the Dutch door mail pickup. Lady at desk said "oh no, you have to go through this line' they should put a sign on the Dutch door in lobby then. One of the self service kiosks was out and the parcel drop off kept jamming leading more people to join the line. Seemed like only two people working the desk. The usps on Greenway is so much better and staff nicer. Really wish they gave you the option of where to pick up certified mail. Probably won't pick it up

I told him he cannot deny me service and I need a receipt he said they absolutely can deny me service to scan packages. I asked for the post master information and he told me they didn’t have one. I am filing a formal complaint with the post master as this is unacceptable and against usps policies.
