  I have been a troon card holder for over 20 years and until this year I have dealt with all the changes when it comes to making t times although we as card holders are the ones who keep the courses busy, I have always liked the 2 for 1 deals but as of 2022 and the future I will no longer be a card holder as we to have to pick only 5 courses to get those deals, I get that the courses don't want to give us those deals during certain times of the year but at least let us use our 2 for 1 deals during the summer. I am disappointed with the card and there are many other deals from so many other courses that so since I already bought the 2023 card that will be the last time I buy it. Say goodbye to me and will post anywhere to hopefully lose you more money.

  I had an experience at two Troon courses that left me less than satisfied. I decided to email Troon and explain my frustrations not really expecting to get a response. To my surprise I was contacted that day by their VP of Operations. He took the time to listen to me and look into the minor issues I had. He then called me back and very graciously made everything better, not just a little better but above and beyond better. I’ve always felt like Troon managed the best courses and their attention to detail and quality of the courses they managed are the best out there. I have to say that their customer service is also just as good. They have made me a loyal Troon customer. I will always search for a Troon course wherever I may be golfing and make sure I support them first before I consider any other options. Thank you to Troon for exceeding my expectations!
