  I went in to have adoption paperwork notarized for my daughter and was helped by employee Scott. I began to noticeably tear up, then cry, during the process as it was a difficult situation for me. The way Scott handled it will not be forgotten. He was very compassionate and understanding. I appreciated it so much and won’t forget this.

  The nice gentlemen who helped me was so awesome! He cut down my box so that he could charge me less and did it so quickly. He was so kind to the people behind me who were waiting.

  Horrible people. Especially the guy who does the notary and the female member who was working this morning. She looked at me with so much hatred and disgust. It's pretty evident on her face. The notary guy would not even let me finish my sentence and I tried 4-5 times to explain my request. Absolutely despicable people who do not belong servicing the public. Ups please fire these 2. This is no way to behave.

  Stopped by my neighborhood UPS store on Chaparral & Haden to print out a three page PDF form. The clerk said it’d be $5 for the service fee and another $1.80 for the print. Pass. Doesn’t seem remotely reasonable.

  Have been a customer since location opened. Never a negative occurrence. Have used notary services, sent and also done many Amazon returns. It is highly professional to seem to always have enough staff. My experience is all six days of the week and in the AM & PM hours. The area does not have an office supply store but this location has supplies possibly related to shipping plus other services.
