- WJW J1 day ago1.0I came in to ship out something the only 1 person who was there on Jan 10th 2026 (Saturday) he wears glasses he was extremely rude and inefficient and quite slow not sure if he has a mental issues and has no knowledge about shipping goods he shouldn't be working in a public setting and let go! Everyone else there including the owner is Terrific!

The employee checked them in one on the scale then added the second to the scale without removing the first package. So it showed a weight of 11lbs for a 6lb package. I was assured it made no difference. Low and behold an adjustment of nearly 20 dollars. The manager is nice but some of the people there have no clue how things work. Your 2 seconds of laziness cost me $20
