And when I explained that to Amazon, they just couldnt believe that the package wasn’t accepted because of the plastic bag. Seriously, since when do people keep the plastic shipping bag?! The way they handle things is just careless and insulting. **here is an example of the plastic bag this store insisted. This store is an absolute joke. They clearly hire the most ignorant and rude people imaginable. I went in to return an Amazon item — exactly how it arrived: in its original box, placed inside a plastic bag. The guy at the counter refused to take it, demanding an “Amazon shipping box” that never existed. Meanwhile, he accepted the same kind of return — an item without a box that he himself put in a plastic bag — from the customer right before me. It was blatant discrimination and completely unprofessional. The hypocrisy and attitude were disgusting. I even called Amazon afterward — they immediately issued my refund and told me to disregard the item entirely. So not only was the store wrong, they wasted my time for nothing. If you value respect, fairness, or basic human decency, stay far away from this place. They treat customers like garbage and clearly have zero training, standards, or accountability.
