  Worst manager I've ever dealt with! Her name is Misha but it should be Karen. She was so rude I was so shocked when I found out that she was the actual manager. Makes sense why their Google rating is only 3.8. I will now go out of my way to go to another UPS store. This is in no reflection to the other 2 employees that helped me they were kind and accommodating. So here's what happen. I went in to drop off an Amazon return like I do all the time but somehow I choose the option where you need to print the label VS just having them scan the QR code. So absolutely my mistake. I was going to just take my package and go but the gentleman helping me said "here just send to this store email and i'll print". So I did, then Misha said I needed to come pay. I was confused and she continued to tell me it was $2.50 to send 1 email and .29 to print. I told her if he would have told me that ahead of time I would have just printed myself and brought back tomorrow as there was no rush to send this. She basically told me its to bad and proceeded to ask me to pay. Her words "we are a business and have to make money". I honestly felt tricked and pressured into paying so I did. I let her know I would be leaving a review, she asked that a note in my review that it was now 6:02pm since they close at 6pm even though I came in at 5:58pm. I said I understand your a business and had you told me you were already closed I would have left. Then a professional yound lady (I didn't catch her name) asked me if I would prefer a refund so I can print the label at home. Which i took the fair offer, I never expected anything for free. I just think they should tell you they are going to charge you for a service. Also a manager should be able to come up with a fair solution and be able to maintain a professional composure. Try not sounding rude, entitled and like my opinion is not valid. I hope the owner sees this and promotes the young lady that helped me at the end.
