  They do a great job at this store. I've been coming here for years, primarily to drop off returns, and the workers are always pleasant and efficient.

  Every time I come here there’s like 1 person working, with a line. Then the line will get down to nobody, and all of a sudden, a second person will magically appear. There’s no sense of hustle, which I guess makes sense: they’re getting paid no matter how fast or slow they are. They’re also extremely helpful, to the point of weirdness, for people saying they’re not going to use their shipping because it’s too expensive and they’re educating people on where they can go, like “try FedEx, or USPS is another option…” So people who are paying for your services are being forced a long wait, for people who aren’t? It’s not the first time I’ve encountered this here, and if this is their company policy, I guess good for people who don’t use them? I am now very aware of their competitors options in pricing and also know that they don’t price match their own online shipping options in store. Do with this information what you will.

  Feeling worried about a recent package I left to be shipped at this location 2 days ago. Seems to have no movement or scans, and based off the chaos with packages laying everywhere, stressed out staff, I am not hopeful this will move anytime soon. UPS and USPS will always be a last choice if I had the choice to begin with.
