He could see I had some big boxes and was struggling and actually offered to leave from behind the counter and help me. I have returned so many shipments through this UPS Store over the years and that is the first person who's ever offered to help me as an employee. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond. It was one little thing that made my life so much easier today. Give this guy a raise!!

I explained that I needed to get a couple documents notarized for the company I work for and after showing my driver's license, he asked if I had a company business card. I stated no, because our company doesn't print business cards, however I showed him my phone which had my company email address signature from a company email I forwarded to my personal email address. That is more than enough confirmation that I work for the company listed on the documentation as my name matched my work email, personal email and driver's license. The guy just wanted to be difficult. He told me I need to ask my company for business cards. Sir, it's 2025, we're very much a digital, electronic workforce. He then proceeded to say I need to ask the owners of the company to come in and get the documents notarized. Excuse me? They aren't going to have business cards either and secondly, we are a remote company and they do not live on this side of the company. I've never had issues with other UPS locations prior to moving to Scottsdale and trying this UPS. I was able to get my documents notarized at another UPS location. The owner of this location really needs to update their notary process, speak with this guy, and realize an electronic email signature that matches the individual's ID is just the same as a lousy paper business card. Get with the times, it's not 1985.
