  Wish I would have read the reviews prior to visiting this store. New to the area and there are two UPS stores 3 miles away. Took an Amazon return there and they wanted to charge me $3 for $0.06 worth of tape and 30 seconds of time. Did not pay on principal. Taped it up at home and took it to the other store. Asked them if they would have charged me to tape it up and they laughed and said no, it is just tape. Your canned response below did not address my issue. No, I will visit you again. Instead, I will go t0 the store three minutes to the east as they seemed nice.

  I experienced the same level of “customer service” as prior reviews as I was charged for a small piece of tape to seal a box that I provided. I was told by some employee in the store, “this is a business” which must mean they are really struggling as they need to charge for 3 inches of packaging tape. It is also called customer service which appears to be lacking at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

  Had to write a review to disagree with a few of these horrible reviews. Not only did this store track down a package sent as a return to a dishonest merchant who claimed they never received it, they gave me the name of the employee who signed for it!!! BUSTED!! Thanks UPS! They had no other choice then to issue me my 200 refund! Everyone knows UPS stores charge more than the postal service! Writing a bad review based on that is ridiculous! I always get good service here. Obviously you have never been there more than once, everyone is entitled to a bad day!
