  5 Stars***** experience. This is a great UPS store. I appreciate their friendly, helpful customer service people. They aquired a new large Canon printer I am going to use soon. It makes impressive looking custom canvas art, stick on wall murals, posters, and big banners, the whole shebang, They have a variety of box sizes to choose from and nice packaging service. I use this UPS location weekly. They are the Best!

  I am writing about an experience which has set the bar very high in any kind of customer experience. I was starting the coaching business and had given dates to all and needed quick print professional large posters and I just had day remaining. Vijay from this store took the task in his hand worked extremely hard and got them ready for me to start the business. Everyone who came appreciates the quality of these. This is crazy hospitality, now I am ruined as I have started expecting the same everywhere

  Vijay, the owner of this store was amazing. We came to town to move my ill mother to assisted living. We had 100’s of pounds of shredding and big items to box and ship. He could not have been more helpful. He made our very difficult situation a little less stressful. THANK YOU! Vijay.

  I only go to the UPS store to return Amazon and Figs packages and I only go to this location because it’s convenient/close by. I always have my package or items/QR code ready to go. Some of the staff is super nice and some of them are so rude. They're all helpful, but one of the staff members very rudely said to me "you know you can just scan this stuff yourself over there" and pointed to their self-service area. She tried to laugh it off, there was nothing funny about the way she said it. She was just throwing my stuff around - I tried to be helpful and put my items in the provided clear plastic bags because that's what the staff does after they scan your code/item. I would just do all of it myself, but I don't want to mess anything up and then not get my money back for my returns. I'm sorry you have to do your job and actually help people.
