I arrived hoping I can just tape the few items on the outside of the box, but Bella was so kind to me she helped me reorganized the package. She was so kind and gentle, didn’t seem at all bothered or irritated. Can’t thank her enough for her kindness and making me feel like I was not a burden.

Usually everyone else there is very nice, but you don’t seem to see the others often. I recommend going to a different UPS because there has been to many negative encounters at this one.
