  This location is always so busy. The entire staff has amazing customer services skills and are always so helpful and friendly, but today Trinity made my stop seamless and fast!

  Bought a piece of art from a Scottsdale gallery. Ayana at The UPS Store was recommended by the seller. Absolutely fantastic experience working with her. She packed the piece perfectly, eliminating nearly all chance that it might be damaged. And she did so in a way that saved me nearly $200 in shipping costs (given the dimensions of the item). I literally could not be more pleased with the service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and "give a damn" exhibited. Many, many thanks.

  I love this Store, anytime I need UPS services I go to this location. Trinity is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I had multiple returns and she made the process very painless and quick. Definitely recommend this store and drive out of my way to go to this location 😊
