Dropped a package off a week ago and it’s lost, tracking shows it is still in store, while the staff lies and says they’ve already shipped it. The staff has been rude and unhelpful. They just say I’m confused and brought it to a different location, while my receipt has their address and phone number on it. And good luck speaking to a manager, I was informed it would be another 6 days before one is back in store, so you’re stuck talking to these rude associates with no clue how to help. If you care about your package getting there, don’t bring it here. These clowns are clueless.

I came in thought it will troublesome of stuff I am tacking back to Alaska, the ladies up front helped me with packaging right there on spot with reassuring she got perfect boxes.
