I am an artist that lives in NY and I had to have a fragile piece with a glass clock opponent packed & shipped from this UPS Arizona facility. Mark made sure all my concerns and questions were answered and he and his crew delivered as promised...even though I know they faced some unseen challenges due to the awkwardness of the clock Anyway, they figured it out and my mixed media piece arrived safe and sound a day before it was scheduled to arrive. All this cost me about half of what other shippers told me the cost would be. You can't ask for better than that! Highly recommended!
