I have managed advertising teams and always critique customer service, in my mind, when I go into a retail business. Even though Eric was busy, (involved in something else) when I walked in the door, he immediately looked up and greeted me. His upbeat attitude and willingness to help was uplifting. It is rare to find employees in a store who make you feel they are glad you’ve chosen their business to come to. I made note of knowing Eric‘s name because he provides exceptional, outstanding customer service! I would always be ready to hire someone with Eric’s amazing attitude. Thank you for hiring great people like Eric. This is my favorite UPS store. I live near Kierland now, but still come to your location.
