I met with David to complete my TSA precheck and he was very helpful and personable. You can tell he puts his best foot forward and really tries to be helpful and informative about the process. Additionally, the Staples workers all seemed very polite and the store was very clean.

The online option actually saved me money and so much time. I will be sure to utilize this option in the future for all my small orders. Went in looking for a desk and found an on sale floor model. They unfortunately told me that they are not available online nor do they have any in the back. And they refused to sell the floor model after spending time making sure that it worked. We spent almost an hour in the store as the poor salesman went back and forth to speak to the elusive manager in "the back" only to waste more time calling around to stores and find out they only have floor models. Wow Staples, i will be taking my business to Office Max going forward. Um so wait, you advertising a product that you refuse to sell… Like I said pretty ridiculous!!!
