- SSSuzanneDec 24, 20251.0iPostal is the worst. I've been a customer at the Scottsdale Staples at Hayden location for over a year and it is constant issues. They don't process mail when it comes in for days, or over a week. I just had packages that had been deliverred 6 and 8 days prior before they entered them in the system. They are completely unorganized, and repeatedly tell me I don't have any mail, then while we wait, they look through stacks on the counter and find it. Their copy department manager Leo just makes excuses "its back to school time", or "it was under a box". I've paid for packages to be shipped out and it takes days before being sent. They are just terrible. You can't run a business using iPostal. you can't depend on them at all. I've spoken with corporate multiple times and they haven't done anything about it. Leo is still there, not doing his job. And you can't forward mail from iPostal to another address. you have to forward all your accounts manually. what a nightmare.

By the way that guy doing amazon was very polite and didnt complain at all.
