I hope when FedEx reads us, they put it in both of their files and when they’re up for review, somebody will actually see it and they don’t just give them a cupcake and a balloon this FedEx has got the greatest team of people working in it way more better than I expected, and I thank them both very very much for their professionalism. Even the store clerks were not able to focus and do their work because of this rude customer.
