I hope when FedEx reads us, they put it in both of their files and when they’re up for review, somebody will actually see it and they don’t just give them a cupcake and a balloon this FedEx has got the greatest team of people working in it way more better than I expected, and I thank them both very very much for their professionalism. I just needed to quick print off a form and their system is so complicated that I ended up just giving up and getting a friend to print it for me instead. The employees do not lift one finger to help and clearly do not care to be there. It seems ridiculous that trying to print something (as a millennial) would be this frustrating...but that's truly the case.
- NDNatalie DolphJan 26, 20211.0AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! The manager of the store was incredibly rude! As I was putting my mask on, the manager of this store stood in the doorway to block me from entering. My mask was literally covering my face and I was hooking it over my ears when she said I couldn't enter until after I put it on. Then she followed me into the store and said I had to stand on a sticker - no one else was in the store and I was looking for a package. Then she asked me if I had a different mask because she didn't like the medical plastic mask I was wearing which offered much more protection than her home-made cloth mask that she was wearing. By then I was irate! I said what are you going to do call the cops? So she did - she called the cops and refused to sell me an envelope. The one star goes to Chuck the regional manager and Gabriel a manager for a different location - they were very kind and very helpful.
