    Oliver B. is an excellent employee! I worked with him on a rush print order. He took the time to double check the capability of his machinery to ensure he would be able to complete my order.     Originally went to this FedEx to customize a business gift certificate (did not go well). The store manager offered help several times (kindly declined the first time). Second time, he eagerly offered, and again..i declined. Frustrated, he again approached and i wasn’t feeling joyful, as when i first arrived. So, needless to say, wasn’t an exceptional outcome. Was quite the clock strangle (30+ minutes later, my results were no better than when i began). So i left a bit discontented. *returned over a month later...with a completed project. The same manager recognizes me, and gave me a discount and made sure my experience was more satisfying. Thank you! *I’ll be back when i need more prints.

    Do not go to drop off packages or ship. They will charge a "handling fee" even if you have a FedEx account. Rip off!!

    This Fed Ex was so professional. I went in there to get a card from my sisters funeral laminated and they helped me out and somewhat got to know my situation. Even before then, a woman was so kind and greeted me kindly. Wish i would have gotten names. But they are working now 2/27/17 at 2:30pm. Thank you Fed Ex
