She was incredibly personable, kind, and so thoughtful from the moment I walked in. She even took time to be sweet to my dog, which meant so much to me. Terrie gave me great advice about bringing my frames back in to get the best possible print results, so I returned the next day and she remembered personal details about my dog even though she wasn’t with me. That level of attentiveness is rare! She measured my frames personally to make sure everything fit perfectly, explained her timing clearly, and even suggested I run a couple errands while she worked so I didn’t have to wait around. Terrie’s attention to detail, genuine kindness, and customer service were truly outstanding. I will 100% be coming back specifically on the days Terrie works because she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She’s an absolute gem and I really appreciate the care she puts into her work. Highly recommend asking for Terrie!
