  Terrie at this location FedEx was an absolute blessing during one of the most difficult times for our family. She took such great care resizing old photos and laminating memorial cards for a funeral, handling everything with patience, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. All this took place during a stressful and emotional time and in the middle of the holiday season. Her kindness truly meant a lot to us and we are deeply grateful for the care she showed. We are truly appreciative in the quality of her work and what it meant to our family. Thank you Terrie for making a painful time a little lighter for our family.

  Public service announcement: Beware - Google Maps is showing that this store is open on Sundays before noon, yet in reality the store is closed until noon. I see that other reviewers too have commented on this in the past. It is inexcusable that the store still has not fixed their hours as shown on Google Maps to reflect reality. I wonder if the staff is purposely hiding the real hours just to get paid for free - I hope not. There is no Fedex Kinkos office in the area that is open on Sundays before noon, that I am aware of, unlike the UPS stores.

  Walked in here with a QR code from Google. Even though free everywhere else, told me there is extra fees here because it's a hotel (not advertised anywhere else). On top of that, the QR code return service google provided includes packaging. I do a lot of buying from the official Google store as part of my business and consequently many returns as well. Every other FedEx office I've been to scans the QR code and sees that packaging is included. It was actually the representatives at my first return that informed me of this. I didn't even know. As I'm walking out the lady tells me packaging is never included in returns.... I tell her this is not my first one and it's been included every time and she just does this "you're an idiot" look at me and says "cool" with an attitude. Nasty people.

  This fedex office is inside the conference center of the hotel. We had 2 packages sent to the hotel to arrive during our stay. Each time they arrived we received the alert from Amazon that they had been delivered. We were told that we would receive a message on our hotel room line that they had arrived and were ready for pickup. Neither time did we receive that message. In fact, when we called to see if they were ready for pickup the FedEx Office said they had not received them. After providing them with the tracking number and waiting a few minutes they magically found them. When we were in the office to retrieve them they informed us that there would be a “handling” fee. The fee is based on the weight. So a couple of small, lightweight packages cost $20 just to pick them up. The problem is that once you realize you are required to pay the fee, you’re trapped. I was not happy, even after discussing with the manager that we did not receive the notifications they were unwilling to work with us.
