  I run into this UPS store on regular basis. They are always accommodating and go beyond. Yes it's a very busy store. Always polite and do their work pretty darn quickly. I give 5 stars because the good people that work there are deserving of the 5 stars. NEVER have I had a single issue and my words are honest and true.

  I use UPS every day, some are not helpful, some are not very knowledgeable, some not helpful or knowledgeable about UPS products. I have used this particular UPS frequently as of late and there is a young man and young lady that work here. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Appreciate their help and attitude. Will continue to use.

  I had a mail box open with this location for 3 years. I’m not sure how everyone is not giving these people a 5 out of 5 stars. In a world where customer service is dying, the workers at this specific location have been AMAZING. Specifically a worker named Shalla. I’m someone that rarely ever leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to do this because she was the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful/professional person I’ve come across in so long. And she was always very consistent with her kindness, too! Thank you Shalla for everything, and thank you to the rest of the staff as well! 🙏🏽🙌🏽 -Box #112

  Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. The employee, I spoke to, a female, was unbelievably uninterested in helping. No customer service or care. Sorry for the inconvenience of having a question and I made the mistake to think, they could reasonably help. 👍🏻
