    If you have an Amazon drop off that requires either a label or box, they are going to try to get a cut off your return by telling you (oh you don't have to use our box to ship, but whatever you use even if it's identical to theirs that it's not good enough) you have to buy their packaging for them to accept your return

    ⭐ Review I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I’ve been a long-time customer and used to come to this location regularly to ship packages. Living in a small town like San Tan, there aren’t many options, so I tried to support this business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would rather drive out of my way for better customer service and fair pricing. I needed to fax 8 pages and was not quoted a price beforehand. The owner of the store went ahead and faxed the documents without asking for approval or confirming the cost, and only afterward told me the total was $20. In my opinion, $20 for eight pages is extremely expensive, and I’ve never paid anywhere near that much to fax documents before. When I raised my concerns and asked if the fax could be canceled, I was told it could not be canceled, meaning I was forced to pay for a service I was never given the option to approve. From a business standpoint, that feels unethical. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the lack of transparency, the manager insisted that “prices are like that everywhere.” Another woman who appears to be his wife or mother was also rude and dismissive, saying that “prices are going up everywhere.” None of this addressed the real issue — I was never quoted a price and never consented before the service was performed. Prior to faxing, the owner also suggested that I might need to pay to make copies of my papers because he was concerned the fax might not go through. I declined and asked him to just try faxing them. After this whole interaction, it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every step. Ever since this place went under new management — or since management became more hands-on — the customer service has gone downhill significantly. The attitude toward customers is rude and dismissive. San Tan is growing, and soon this will not be the only option in town. All it will take is another store with fair pricing and good customer service for this place to start losing loyal customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

    I have shipped with USPS for many years, particularly when my husband was stationed overseas. However, my experience today with Shalla at UPS completely changed my perspective. The store was clean and I was welcomed by both employees once I came in. Shalla was extremely informative and helpful, especially when explaining the pricing options for the different types of shipments. Shalla went above and beyond to assist me with shipping a canvas painting I made for my four-year-old niece. She helped me select the appropriate box, and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. If she is not already in a management position, I strongly encourage consideration of her for one. Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service was truly exceptional, especially around this busy time of year!

    Absolutely ABHORRENT customer service and employee accountability. I brought a $600 custom piece of artwork to them to ship for me. I was told my package was fully insured, only to find upon it's arrival at destination that the painting was extensively damaged. It had been damaged by substantial pressure - the frame is cracked and the canvas is ripped. The employee was not only rude to me, she misinformed me. She told me I could pack it myself AND fully insure it. That was not true. It is not insured against damage, because I packed it myself. I have never in my 10 years of packing and shipping had this issue occur. I called and spoke to the manager to share my concerns that the employee may have damaged it in anger. The frame of the painting itself was broken - this is not an issue caused by packing. At a bare minimum the employee did not properly inform me that my package was not fully insured for damages. Either way, I wanted to share my concern with the owner... only to be told the owners didn't even want to help me, that the employees would NEVER risk their job over a petty dispute. I was told I was yelling when I was simply trying to be heard. The manager would not let me speak and just kept saying she was too busy for me. I am now on the phone with corporate who has informed me that a claim was never filed. All in all? This store lied to me. They swindled me. And they cost me $750 that I will be refunding to my customer at my expense. Right before Christmas. This doesn't end here. I will be letting all small business owners in the area know how this store does business. And I will be filing formal complaints with corporate. Never again.
