- MBMadi BeckDec 29, 20251.0I have to say I am very disappointed as they sent two of my packages back to the sender even though I paid to have it sent to my P.O. Box. Never offered me a refund, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’d rather use fedex or ups, they’re more trustworthy :/
- SASkylar AndersonDec 29, 20251.0Don’t even waste your time using USPS in San Luis. Poor customer service (even when they admit to faulty scanners) and don’t even deliver to their residence. Supervisor was no help even tho I went in and called multiple times about a package interception. Pathetic can’t wait for usps to go out of business they’re the only carrier who won’t deliver and now I have to deal with a return to sender situation:) wish I would have saved the headache and used ups or fedex
