Well, at least that's my experience. Everything I visit there. They are not all crabby and angry like the big state & city I moved from.
- TPTiffany PattonJun 29, 20201.0We run a small farm company, a medical lab and have a home personal PO BOX. For 2 1/2 years there have been 3 people working at that office. One of which is the post master and IS THE ONLY ONE who does a decent job of anything at all or even knows the POMS manual. The other 2 women have had multiple complaints for yelling, calling people names, threatening to send back packages and lifesaving medical supplies that has launched one woman to sue the postal service for nearly dying over the officers at the po box office NOT READING a box. I just had an important package dropped from FED EX to the post office WITH MY HOME address on the box AND THE PO box number ON THE SIDE. A nice heavy woman with glasses just threatened me and my son with not getting further mail if we didn't have the company put the po box on the RIGHT LABEL since she says it can't go on the side! THATS ILLEGAL and a lie. The label for the number is on the side and IT WAS A HOME DELIVERY so FED EX NICELY dropped it for safety at the local office. NEVER AGAIN. I already do business outside of this place due to the horrible people yelling across the counter. One woman is in the hospital for not having medications for 3 deliveries because THE LOCAL pharmacy didn't put her box number on correctly. THE LOCAL hospital want's to file a lawsuit since the woman nearly died! The staff are disgusting and keep getting complaints. GOOD LUCK ever getting real service. READ the manual because these nasty people will LIE TO YOUR FACE about everything you send, receive and do there!
