So you would think instead of sending my package back because my name was not spelled right she would just put it in my box. Nope she sends it back then tells me it's not her problem!! What a joke!

When I finally tracked it down and went in to get package not only did the clerk know exactly where it was on the shelf without me giving her a tracking number. When I asked why I was not notified I had a package the clerk told me it did not have my PO box number and it was not her responsibility to give me my mail or notify me. I told her that was absolutely crazy and her only job is to give people there mail. She then proceeded to lock my box tell me I'm 86 from post office. Now over 2 weeks latter I have not been able to get my mail or get a response from post office about putting in a mail box. Never in my life have I delt with someone so unprofessional!!!!
