Every time I order something online, and seller chooses USPS - I WORRY. Within a MONTH they messed up 3 different orders. They lost a package, then they take another package back to the office when it was time sensitive, and now I'm dealing with an order that is marked as "delivered to mailbox". When I went to "get it", either they just scanned it and didnt leave it (which happened to me a while back), or didn't lesve the key to the parcel where they left it! They're getting worse, and worse with time! Its frustrating! So, whenever you see your seller choose USPS as the carrier...WORRY!

I’m disappointed with the delivery service. My packages are often marked for pickup at the post office even when they are small enough to fit in my mailbox. This creates unnecessary inconvenience because I have to take time to go pick them up when they could easily be delivered. I hope delivery practices improve so customers can receive packages at home as expected. If you’d like, I can make it shorter, stronger, or more formal for Google or USPS reviews.

First, they have not given us package slips multiple times. This past month alone- they did not give us a package slip for an Amazon order that was for Christmas. We went to post office to pick up packages multiple times they said they didn’t have it. Next thing I know it is getting returned to Amazon and shipped back to sender. Second, my friend sent a package 6 months ago of yarn as a surprise that could fit in parcel box but was not put into a parcel box. We did not get ANY notices- not first, second, or third. It shipped back to my friend and they made her pay shipping to ship it again. The online app said it was at post office the second time, but still no slip. Then these past 2 weeks I had another friend pay for first class shipping for a package to my house. It says undeliverable address. We have a parcel locker, and we did NOT get a notice. My friend tried to reschedule the delivery for Dec. 29 and they did not attempt to put it in parcel locker. We have also NOT gotten a single slip for the package and therefore since we work without q slip we cannot send someone to pick up the package for us. We have gotten slips for bigger boxes from Amazon. It still says delivery scheduled on their app, but not attempted, no package slip, and nothing for us to be able to get our package and my friend is hoping she didn’t just waste $30 on shipping for them to refuse delivery and claim it is our fault or that they didn’t know what happened.

Always slow long lines and always 1 person attending customers ever since they changed delivery guys where I live. Mail goes missing, im not the only person that has complain and it's still the same issue with missing mail. That department needs to fire everyone and start from 0

Get there at 4:30 to pick up package and she closes the door and locks it . This is the worst post office ever . Needs a major revamp
