I live in Salome ,Arizona and i sent a priority box to my Sister in Rimrock for her Birthday . When i called the tracking number to check if she received it okay it said her box is in Kansas !! I called the post office right away and Jason kept me informed of everything. I'm so happy that my Sister did receive her package okay and i appreciate the great customer service. I have an actual mailbox, so I get the pink slip telling me there is a package…. But when I take the slip in, they never have the actual package. I’ve asked for refunds or a replacement so many times that I’ve been accused of committing fraud. And the employees there are never helpful or willing to come up with even a bogus solution. We’re such a small area and we shouldn’t be having such horrible, constant issues.
