- GGGeorgiaMar 21, 20261.0Update: after trying to reschedule a delivery through the QR code they left in my mailbox. It wouldn't let me reship because it said I wasn't authorized and it was going to be reshipped. I went in and they didn't care their driver changed anything or that it was live insects. Handed me the box that clearly wasn't out for reship. They don't care and won't do anything about it. Why are your drivers changing people's deliver requests without their permission? The driver today 3/21 at 9:01 am changed my delivery to "instore pickup" when I never changed it. He placed the "we missed you while you were out" tag in our mail box and never even drove by my house or came up to my door. I have cameras and video of him passing my house and never stopping! He never even had intentions of coming up to the door because he changed the delivery before even leaving the post office. Now my live insects have to sit even longer in their box for the rest of Saturday and Sunday until you open Monday. On top of that giving me a final notice for it when this was the first delivery attempt. Also scanning the QR code doesn't allow me to reschedule anything! So hopefully they are alive when I'm able to get them! I even talked to the other driver that was out and they said he intentionally did that to probably leave early.
