Had a pleasant experience here this morning. I got there before they opened and there was already a line (not really a surprise since this post office is always busy). Jason opened up right at 9am and greeted the line with a smile. He was helping everyone in line get ready to receive assistance at the counter. I was helped at the counter by Cassie. I was sending a package to an APO address for the first time, and she helped me get everything I needed in a timely manner. She definitely knew what she was doing. I also appreciate that if you have a form to fill out or an address to put on your box that you didn't know to do ahead of time, they let you step aside to fill it out and then get back to the front of the line rather than having to go back to the end. My only complaint isn't really for this office, but just for USPS in general. I selected a box a few days ago from this location from their display of flat rate boxes. I filled it and brought it in to ship only to find out it was a priority mail box, not a priority mail flat rate box. I don't know why they make those boxes the exact same, size, color, everything aside from saying flat rate. It was frustrating, but ultimately not worth my time to change boxes. So, I ended up spending about $15 more for my package. Live and learn, I guess.

I’ve had 6 packages go missing in the last 3 months I’m convinced the mailman is stealing them. No help from this office they can’t even hire people that know how to real and postmaster should be fired. Blows off complaints

Just a disaster. Some employees are good/seem to care, others are obviously embracing a different view on life. Parking is ridiculous and the length of the line seems to have no bearing on getting more registers going. Why is the dirt lot closed??? Had to park at qt and walk 1/2 a block to go mail something. 👎

An absolute joke of a show. They don’t know what they are doing and there is always something negative about walking into this place. Fire them all. My wife and 2 young kids go in to pick up a package per their notification and it wasn’t there. Ok fine, but What do they tell her? “It’s not here and you will need to drive around to each usps until you find it.” Quit your jobs and be lazy at home instead of pretending to know what you’re doing. USPS is by far the worst. It isn’t even close…
