No issues if you have everything prepared, and generally know what you want.

Everyone is our community keeps getting other people’s mail. This has been a problem for months. Some bills like our mortgage, family cards etc. never show up. We can’t rely on our neighbors to always bring us our mail. You have one job. I have filed complaints and get no where. I know mistakes will happen, but this is terrible.

Went in do to a change of address in person because I could not be verified online. Waited in line for a good 15 to 20 minutes do have a very rude man pop out the door they have by the PO Boxes and I advised him I need to so a change of address and he proceeds to tell me he cant help because my address didn't match my new one . I bring up my email which states the needed documents to do so which one of them was my current lease he tried to deny my but I insisted so he still proceeds to ask me for my ID which he states couldn't be used. I try to give him my phone which has the bar code he needs to use and he said I dont need that . Keep in my mind this was all done back in June . Long behold its December and still no change off address done.

Had a pleasant experience here this morning. I got there before they opened and there was already a line (not really a surprise since this post office is always busy). Jason opened up right at 9am and greeted the line with a smile. He was helping everyone in line get ready to receive assistance at the counter. I was helped at the counter by Cassie. I was sending a package to an APO address for the first time, and she helped me get everything I needed in a timely manner. She definitely knew what she was doing. I also appreciate that if you have a form to fill out or an address to put on your box that you didn't know to do ahead of time, they let you step aside to fill it out and then get back to the front of the line rather than having to go back to the end. My only complaint isn't really for this office, but just for USPS in general. I selected a box a few days ago from this location from their display of flat rate boxes. I filled it and brought it in to ship only to find out it was a priority mail box, not a priority mail flat rate box. I don't know why they make those boxes the exact same, size, color, everything aside from saying flat rate. It was frustrating, but ultimately not worth my time to change boxes. So, I ended up spending about $15 more for my package. Live and learn, I guess.
