The first time i went to pick up mail, I waited in line for about 30 minutes and I heard “next in line” so I stepped up. I immediately was given attitude and was told to get out of her line because she doesn’t “do” pickup. Any time i’ve gone there it’s an hour+ wait and the employees are so rude or sigh at you when you ask to pickup mail. It is so dreadful going here, I hate wasting my time here, but it is the only way to get my mail.

We can’t rely on our neighbors to always bring us our mail. You have one job. I have filed complaints and get no where. I know mistakes will happen, but this is terrible.
