Do not purchase USPS items such as stamps at UPS. They charge a 48% surcharge!!! I was not informed of the additional charge. When I requested to return the stamps for a refund I was told they do not allow returns.

Wow! This store goes above and beyond for its customers. Cody was extremely helpful in getting our invitations and address labels printed. Cody walked me through the process of sending the files over the phone and helped format everything for us as well. I was not expecting such service and I highly recommend this store but also recommend that Cody receives a raise. Wow! You just do not find that kind of help anywhere else.

These are independently owned stores not directly affiliated with UPS; a bit deceiving . Their fees are 50% surcharge vs
the true UPS or USPS so be prepared to pay double. All Sales final. Their agreement is in very small print and a bit extensive so read it prior to making any decisions.
I needed to mail a package to North Dakota and this store is down the street from my home so it was convenient. I needed priority and was told it would be $80 via usps or $130+ via UPS; I chose USPS and was verbally told it would be delivered in three days. I figured it would be 3 to 5 days realistically so that would be fine.
Needless to say, it took 1.5 weeks to get there. Long story short, USPS blames UPS store and UPS store blames USPS.
It seems they're about $$ and not the customer. The employee is required to tell the customer the delivery is not guaranteed and an estimate but this was not verbally disclosed to me; personnel refuted this and protected his employee vs believing me. He stated his employee waved his hand when I was told it would be there in 3 days as a gesture meaning that it could take longer. What ever happened to verbal communication? The explanation was pure nonsense!
Just a very poor experience and I'll never use this store again. I'll go directly to the post office or to Post Net several miles from here as the owner is honest, friendly. gives great customer service, very competitive prices and verbally gives one an accurate estimate of package delivery.

This UPS store location is fantastic. The team members are always friendly and helpful. Most recently, I needed help packaging. a large box and Cody went above and beyond, in such a friendly manner, to help secure the package and get it shipping ready. this is my favorite UPS store!!
