I am not sure if the stress of the holidays had caught up but who I assume is the manager was very rude to an older woman today regarding Amazon returns . She spoke to her like a child on a very condescending manner . It was tough to hear , I walked out. Hoping it was a one time bad day. Type thing .

Mandy, Thomas, and Lauren have always been so welcoming and patient with the long list of shipments that I have and know the particular way that I have to process everything. They are always so friendly and efficient - it is a quick stop no matter how many packages I have. I enjoy going there because of how welcome they make you feel - never like a burden like some other places. Highly recommend!!
