I was advised by Chewy to ship priority mail. I did that. I was told by your employee that the package should arrive at Chewy (zip 40219) by Wed. 11/19. I just tracked the package and it's not due to arrive until Mon. 11/24! I spent a LOT more than I'd have spent at the post office to get this package shipped. I realize the UPS Store charges more due to convenience and I used them because I have mobility issues and cannot stand long enough to wait in line at a post office. Had I realized that it would take A WEEK to get to Chewy after being charged $31.91 I would NEVER have used your business. My dog is sick and needs those meds - ones I cannot get locally so I relied on your business to get my prescription to them quickly, but instead the business won't even get the prescription until 11/24 a full week after I sent it. I am very upset and extremely disappointed and now my dog is the one that is paying the price. I used the UPS Store in Albuquerque where we just moved from for at least 6 years. We had a box at the store and got all our mail there. THAT store had a fantastic staff and we NEVER had a problem like this. I am horrified at how badly wrong this has gone. I will never use your business again and I will tell everyone on social media and review sites not to use your business at this location.
