- JBJess Breaux4 days ago1.0This location has long deserved a poor review. I've used Ipostal here for 2 years and also frequently use the self-serve printers. One printer has been broken for a long time and even though I've told multiple people they do not fix it, nor will they put a note on it saying the color isn't working. I used the other printer today and the copies came out misaligned. Danica in the printer department was extremely rude, didn't come over to me, yelled across the place, basically told me it was user error and only after I persisted did she reluctantly say that she would come to help, which she did not. I ended up just getting a refund. Also, definitely don't use Ipostal here. I have had a virtual mailbox at many other locations and have never had problems with Staples losing mail, yet they frequently do at this location.
