- AWAnne WhiteDec 11, 20255.0Alex, store manager went above and beyond for me today. First off, I was in the wrong location for my Amazon return. He helped me to sack them up, labeled them correctly and give me two options for drop off that were nearby. He was very kind doing it all, and very patient. Especially considering, it’s the Christmas season and there was a line at the store. I will always return to this fedex. Such kindness in my mess. Thank you again.

I didn’t appreciate her attitude her body language how can you drop of a package to fedex if she makes you stand so far away like I said it’s not what she did it’s how she did it and said her tone and everything with it unprofessional. Won’t do business there now
