They told me someone came in Nov 26 to close my box and was refunded the 12 months. I asked them for proof and they told me they paid cash ao they cant proof it. Im the only owner of that box. Now I have to pay again and I dont have keys to my box. Awful. Thats fraud!

I checked my mail last night and I have mail for four different addresses and eight different named individuals in my mailbox. I wish I could say this is the first time it's happened or that I hadn't already alerted the post office to this - but it happens at least a few times a month and I've called at least twice. It's a pattern of behavior that indicates 1) (some of) the employees don't care and 2) neither does local management.
