Marcus C. was awesome! He was super quick and kind and helped me repackage package my item more efficiently so it was more protected and cost effective. Ask for Marcus if he is there, he takes care of customers. Best experience shipping anything I’ve had in a while thanks to him

I was at this location just a little after 1pm today. A middle aged lady was there. No was was in line so I headed to the counter where she stood, waiting, without any greeting whatsoever. I placed my package on the counter. As she scanned my box, I ask, do you know when my package will arrive to it's destination? No response (that's right, this lady thought if she didn't answer me I'd just go away). I ask again, and she replies with "tomorrow" with zero eye contact. She takes my box to the back and as she's approaching the counter, I ask, what time will it get picked up? No response (not kidding). I ask again, she says, "four" with zero eye contact, again. I said, ok, have a good day. Lady said nothing as I exited the store. I was given no greeting upon coming in, no smile, no personality, and no "thanks" or "have a great day" upon leaving. She did however say two words, "tomorrow" and "four" hence the two stars I'm leaving. Here's the thing. I go to this location often. Usually if I have an Amazon return or something. I don't mind the self serve kiosk, it works seamlessly but on the rare occasion I need to go to the counter, it'd be nice to be greeted. I don't know, maybe be treated like a person who's bringing business to UPS? The odd thing is, it's not the first time it's happened. I've witnessed this behavior with a couple of other lady's who are known to sometimes work together and also on a couple of occasions, a man, that was there. Absolutely zero greeting and no goodbye. I mean, I'm talking bare minimum, bottom of the barrel service. So now I'm like, time to write a review. What is it with this place? I'm happy when I enter, I greet the staff, and there's nothing in return. It's mentioned in other people's reviews so obviously this is an issue. UPS, you can do better. Have your staff take some customer service skills 101 or maybe just hire people that actually want a job and want to be there. Signed, Looking forward to better customer service

Staff is very friendly. Had an issue with one of the notary persons …. Clearly she is NOT fully aware of what the Arizona law states. I needed to have document in a foreign language notarized.. she stated that she could do NOT notarize the document because she couldn’t read the contents of the document. I nicely pointed to her that her job was to document that the person sighing was truly who they were say they were via looking at the DL and confirming the signatures on the DL and the one placed in her book matched. I also mentioned to her that it was not her job to interpret the document. She replied by saying “I could get into trouble if I notarize a “BAD” document.” I mentioned that it was not her job to determine whether a document was “good or bad”. I referred her to the AZ law.. she refuse to consider even after I mentioned that I had spoken with the office of the Attorney General of the state.. and even mentioned that the document would be sent to the office of the AG to have it Apostilled / authenticated. My wife who is an attorney was present and was as surprised as I was by what we were hearing. The young lady wished me “good luck”. So I went to the next office and got it done in NO time. Someone please explain to her what her job description as a notary in AZ is..
