- DDDuke4 days ago1.0FedEx is the worst, i never have this happen with ups or usps, they keep delaying your order i have to use FedEx map to chase down the driver so that i can get my fish, they changed from 10:30 am to 8:30pm even tho it’s said live animal, receive the package after and it was freezing they leave the fish outside cold to dead, this is horrible the driver was feeling annoying to when i ask him to pick up early luckily there’s other worker there that tell him i can pick it up.

So what happened? I went into the store Friday paid extra for overnight delivery to Texas Package was shipped and made it to the FedEx distribution center in Texas on Saturday, but no delivery attempt was made. Package was delivered early Monday morning. My problem is that I paid a premium to have overnight delivery. It was not delivered overnight. I called FedEx corporate and asked for the difference between the overnight and the three day price and was told that it was delivered within their delivery parameters. And even though it was delivered two days late, they owed me nothing except for an apology. BS!
