There’s occasionally a long line, but the staff are usually very nice and helpful.

Place sucks. Long lines slow service. Every time I would get a redelivery notice this was always the place to go but nope apparently not anymore they make you drive closer into prescott to pick up your packages which is inconvenient for anyone on the outskirts of PV. Michael offers awful customer service

The incompetent lady at the desk that helped me scanned my package in to be shipped before informing me of the fees. I was told after the fact it would be almost 100$ to ship out and I immediately asked if she could cancel the shipment and I just walk away with my package, she said no since she already scanned it in nearly seconds ago which makes no sense that she couldn't just void the order. She was rude from the start looking to the side and ignoring me and my bf while we were talking to her. She should have informed me of the fees first and all of this couldve been avoided. Now I have to spend time and go through headaches trying to figure out how to get my package back.

The wait takes a few minutes and with the way Prescott Valley has grown, a bigger post office would be great. BUT with that being said, customer service is amazing.
