Every time I would get a redelivery notice this was always the place to go but nope apparently not anymore they make you drive closer into prescott to pick up your packages which is inconvenient for anyone on the outskirts of PV. I was told after the fact it would be almost 100$ to ship out and I immediately asked if she could cancel the shipment and I just walk away with my package, she said no since she already scanned it in nearly seconds ago which makes no sense that she couldn't just void the order. She was rude from the start looking to the side and ignoring me and my bf while we were talking to her. She should have informed me of the fees first and all of this couldve been avoided. Now I have to spend time and go through headaches trying to figure out how to get my package back.

She was rude and unhelpful, offering no real assistance during what was already a stressful process. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue or provide clear guidance, she kept repeating the same unhelpful information and pushing me to go to the Prescott location, which is over 30 minutes away, rather than helping me where I was. It felt like she just wanted me to give up and go somewhere else. I left both times feeling dismissed and disrespected. I understand that passport processing can be complicated, but a little patience, empathy, and effort to help customers goes a long way—especially when people are just trying to follow the process correctly.
