I absolutely love this post office! The employees are always so friendly, I feel like they handle stressful situations in amazing ways. The majority of people who come in can be severely disrespectful and rude and I have never once felt that the employees have been out of line, they remain patient and really have a great way of handling stressful situations that are out of their control.

and the post office is begging for a bailout from the feds, if they were more cost efficient they would do ok. was expecting a package on Tuesday 04/27/2020 from amazon, but won't receive it til Friday now. package was supposed to go to lakeside instead they sent it to pinetop, and rather then deliver it to lakeside 2 miles down the road, they sent it back to phoenix to get sent back up to lakeside. this is not the first time this has happened either, just a couple months ago a package was sent to lakeside for delivery and for some odd reason they forwarded it to winslow and then to phoenix again, this contained anti seizure meds that I had to go without for 3 days due to their ineptitude.
