- LDLixia DayFeb 9, 20263.0I wish they read the reviews and take some actions for visitors and people who are new in this area to receive mails. I visited different small towns, the post offices in other places would hold mails and packages for a week if the address I used was not valid for delivery. But this post office in Pinetop would not hold at all because they do not have a space. Visitors won’t be able to receive mails or packages through USPS even you contact them before hand. You have to have a registered address or rent a mail box if you need to receive through this office. Other carriers, which are not associated with USPS, do deliver with no problem.

- BBBrian BrownApr 18, 20221.0Having trouble getting a certified letter from the state have called USPS been put on hold for 45 minutes they have no trouble at all lying too someone over the phone keep getting tickets saying my package will be re delivered never happens was told today I will receive the package no later than 8 pm now 8 30 and still nothing very typical now a days people want too get paid but not put in the effort or work for there pay really not hopeful too recieve in the near future even as certified mail they don't care one bit already got there money and that is all that matters do you best too go else where thank you for nothing USPS
