***THESE EMPLOYEES STEAL YOUR PACKAGES. We do not recommend using them.
We got a PO Box at this location due to packages being stolen from our porch. In the last 5 months I have had my husband's wedding band, an air fryer, a large order of makeup from Ulta, 2 different orders from Liquid Death, my custom shampoo and conditioner from Prose, and 3 different packages from Amazon show up here and get "sent back to sender." The thing is: none of these packages ever show back up to the sending company. I called all of them to verify and they were all marked "lost in the mail" in the companies' systems. What packages I do get often have holes in the packing like someone is trying to see what's in them. My hair care products are a subscription and 2 months ago I picked up the box no problem. Yesterday I go to get it from my po box and it's not in my box. It says it's been delivered, so I go to the desk and they told me that the person who would know where it is would call me today. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK.
This location is also the hub for our regular mail that gets to our house mailbox. They have absolutely no schedule for when they deliver. Back in the day, you could kinda guess when your mail carrier would show up to your mailbox. We have had our mail delivered at all hours of the day and night. From 6 am to 10 pm (literally saw our mail being delivered to our mailbox at 10 pm one night).
We have video of carriers throwing boxes at our door, dropping boxes off and coming back later to pick the boxes up again (to steal and to deliver to the right address), and lying saying they tried to get us to sign by ringing the door bell when they didn't.
This is unacceptable. You're a public service and should have a higher standard for yourselves and your work. Being ok with having trash work output is sad. Meanwhile, you could be messing up people's lives by not delivering important things to them in a timely manner/at all.

Tried shipping a snowboard to Los Angeles. They wanted $185. Way more than average. When I showed its max $108 online with all the weight and dimensions she shrugged her shoulders.
Stereotypical post office mentality. I left and shipped elsewhere for $108.01

Clearly someone at this location has sticky fingers! My package has been here for 7 days and they claim they can't find it! Such BS!!! Someone handling packages will look up the name of the sender to see what kind of business they are and what kind of products they sell. If it's something they want, they take it. It's as simple as that. This has happened to me way too many times! Upper management and loss prevention needs to take a serious look at this location.

I currently have a package that's been stuck there for a few days already (as of September 5th). I tried to see what was going on, but the clerks kept telling me "they couldn't find it." And when I asked for the manager, I was turned away saying that he's not here. I went to the other post office that it was supposed to be delivered to, I was told it's at the E Buckeye hub. Either my package was stolen from the hub, or it's sitting there and nobody is moving it. A package should not be sitting at this hub for so long! What's the hold up? Unhappy with the terrible customer service.
UPDATE 7-5-25: I've got the previous issue resolved, but this time, another package I intercepted was instead delivered to the wrong address. Either the post office lied to me or an employee stole my package. UNACCEPTABLE. I've never been this angry before.
