I had a package marked as delivered and supposedly left in the mailbox, but it was never placed in mine. My house is directly in front of the community mailbox, and my Ring camera clearly shows the mail carrier delivering packages around that time—but not leaving mine where it should have been. To make matters worse, my daughter is also missing a package that was marked as delivered the same way. Also, the delivery person frequently plays music very loudly while making deliveries, which feels unprofessional and inconsiderate in the neighborhood. This is frustrating and concerning. I hope the post office takes this seriously and improves accuracy and professionalism when delivering packages.
