Worst customer service ever! Went in to apply for passports and they were just straight up rude. Told me to wait and said they would call my name but then said they’ve already called me. How are you going to call for my name if you never asked for my name? Mind you, I am pregnant and was standing for a while. I went in very early then they told me to wait for 4hrs. I just left. Never going back again. And just because I wrote in blue pen, the old lady did not want to give me new applications to apply.

Waiting for a long-delayed delivery yesterday, I happened to glance out the window just as mail carrier was strolling by. He didn't even glance at my mailbox, but later claimed "animal interference" when I checked tracking for an update. There were no animals on the street at the time posted, and my own dog lives behind a double-locked gate with no access to anyone on the walk. If the carrier objects to dogs barking at him, he needs to get over it toot sweet. What would he do if he ever encountered snow or sleet when he's scared off by a wagging tail? I think the post office needs to advise carriers on how to endure canine criticism. This is Phoenix, you know.

Most of the front clerks at this location are rude and always seem to be in a bad mood. It does not take a lot to greet people with a smile and or provide good service to its customers. Do better USPS Maryvale

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS. Online states 1-2 Fridays for walk ins. It is removed from their door they take walk ins. And as admitted by the staff they only take 4 walk ins a day and people come earlier than 1 and will be seen. When I asked about this they said “yeah it’s not online but we only take 4 a day” There was only ONE person in line after one before us for passport and we were told they already reached 4. When I questioned this the lady double checked with her counter parts and they hesitated and agreed with her because it was obvious she didn’t want to do it. One of the other staff was helping the ONE person before us that had a passport application and no appointment. This lady had JUST come back from break and would have had no idea they were over 4 or not if they were doing the rules of between 1-2. Removing the walk ins and lying about 4 a day goes against the advertising on the USPS website. They have broken dividers which causes a safety issue as well.
