  My husband has paid for the mailbox and satellite office for 3 months as a virtual box for his business. He needs documentation to prove that he owns the box but it’s been 2 months and he still has been unable to get an employee to provide documentation that he has a box there. He paid for 3 months, it’s been 2 months and he still can’t get a single employee to correctly print a piece of paper nor will they give him a refund.

  Bring your own box. They refused to package up my items after paying about $30 for a tiny box and shipping, very patronizing/ condescending just because I wanted the items I was shipping into a shipping package that I had already purchased. They just left my items on a counter to get lost or separated or possibly put into the wrong box/label. It literally would have only taken 3 seconds to box up and stamp for me. But I got huge attitude from them. Then the package went MIA, my friend never got it.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never a long wait and they always greet you when you walk in.

  Not a great experience with accuracy of notary. Very friendly, but made two errors when filling out their portion of the document, which we caught. Then they used white out on one error, and we had to advise that our document would not be accepted that way because it would appear altered. Didn’t have another copy on hand so had to leave, reprint, and decided to go somewhere else.
