  Came into this UPS store yesterday asking for 10 copies, black and white, front and back. The woman employee who was helping me handed me about 4-5 single-sided copies instead. When I pointed this out, I was told “well, you should have told me that,” despite having said it when I walked in and explained the order. The order was corrected with help from another employee, but the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive.
